hangover

在英语中hangover前通常都加bad \terrible，以表示宿醉后还要做这做那是很痛苦的。

对于hangover的处理也各有不同，比如有些人由于难受就发誓再也不喝酒signing the pledge；

• I had such a bad hangover this morning I considered signing the pledge. （早上宿醉得很厉害，我考虑要戒酒。）

而有些，尤其是在北方流传一种治疗hangover的良方就是第二天再喝点透一透，美国也有这种说法，就是继续喝点烈酒 have a hair of the dog；

• My stomach still feels wobbly;let's go over to the pub and have a hair of the dog. 我的胃仍然感到晃荡不定，我们去酒店喝些解宿醉的烈酒吧

之所以写了上面的话，因为偶hangover today,但是既不感觉terrible,也没有发誓再也不喝酒，当然也不会去干那种go pub and have a hair of the dog的虎事情。似乎越来越懂得我与酒应有的关系了，以前认为喝酒很快乐，可是第二天很痛苦，现在已经舍不得折腾自己，知道什么时候适可而止，让自己保留那份快乐。

记得那句话“我喝酒是为了溺死痛苦，可这该死的痛苦却学会了游泳。”所以只有不是为了借救浇愁而喝酒的时候才真的不会更愁。

酒文化是民族文化的反映，酒品可以很好的体现人品，所以hangover 并不是万恶的，万恶从来都只适合形容人。

Caron Nightingale的姓氏Nightingale在英文中的本义是一种歌喉婉转动听的鸟儿--夜莺。人如其名，Caron Nightingale的嗓音也像夜莺那样动听，让人闻之感动。在她至今已长达22年的音乐生涯中，这位来自加拿大多伦多的才女从事过作曲、演唱、制作和发行，赢得过无数的奖项。这首Promises Don't Come Easy是她的一首名曲，曾经被香港电视剧《创世纪》选作插曲。这首歌以内心独白的方式，对于应该如何对待感情进行了反思，说出了Promises Don't Come Easy的心声。这首歌中Nightingale温暖的中音与蔡琴颇有些相似，舒缓的演唱娓娓道来，容易引起听者的共鸣，加上上口的旋律，使之成为一首百听不厌的好歌。
